Is there a way to update the tally weapons to stop their increase in AS while using them so that it caps at the level the user can hold? Currently, if you are under level 50, it stops at your bonus limit while using it, so at 21 it caps the bonus you get to +42, but it still increases, so if you put the weapon away, you cant get it back out again until the marks fade away completely.
