I won this over in Plat as advertised as "a custom dual spell item", and would like some clarification so I can be ready when contacted by Valyrka.

For clarity sake, the four spells "in shops" as in generated by the feeder as to be not uncommon? Further clarification will lessen the volley of emails ( I'm picky about what this persona wears, sorry ).
