new potion shop,
8x enchant potions 10m silvers or 100k scrip ,
9x enchant potion 20m silvers or 200k blood scrip,
10x enchant potion 30m silvers or 300k blood scrip

Missing a 0 on the silver rates but there won't be anything for sale at Duskruin for silver anyway.
