The Bane raffle has been setup at the Western Dock of Briarmoon Cove. Look for the blood red raffle table. It draws at 11pm EST for 2 winners. Ticket price is 50k, but be aware that the service itself for the winner is 5 million. This is a delayed service and the merchant will reach out to schedule a time to meet.
