They will influence some physical attacks against a target. This set is more effective than the green talon set that will draw 10 minutes after this raffle. Winning this raffle will prevent you from winning other MAJOR raffles for the duration of the event. You do not have to be present in the shop at the time of the drawing, but you do need to be available to accept your loot immediately. Tickets are 50,000 silvers, and the raffle will draw around 5:30 pm EST tomorrow.
