A raffle has been set up in Rose Couture for shield resizing!

TICKET: This raffle is for the opportunity to change the current size of your shield. Five winners will be chosen and must be present at the time of drawing or arrive within a few minutes to redeem their raffle win. There will be additional costs for shield resizing.
