A bandon of crimson-clad soldiers in shining mail march into sight. As one, they come to a halt and one steps forward unfurling a scroll bearing the golden wyvern of Ta'Vaalor. In a sonorous tone, she recites:


Greetings from the Lord Chamberlain of Ta'Vaalor.

His Majesty King Qalinor Vaalor the Sovereign Leader of the Crimson Legions has instructed me to announce the biannual Festival of the Fallen will take place beginning on the 9th day of Imaerasta, and concluding on the 12th day of Imaerasta at the festival grounds outside of Ta'Vaalor. Join us as we honor all those who have passed beyond the ebon gate. As in years past, a tournament will be held in the arena pitting the best the lands against one another in combat. The Crown wishes to invite any who may be inclined to participate in the tournament to keep an eye out for future missives regarding entry.

Without hesitation, she stows the scroll and steps back as the remaining soldiers begin stepping in time with her and the bandon marches out of sight.
