I want to buy someone's used soulstone that can get me into the Confluence three or four times onward. I don't know the worth but generally I'm generous. I'll come to you for the transaction.

You can occasionally find them on PlayerShops (that's where I got mine). Just copy/paste the noun from the GSWiki saying what it is, and see.

Put "gleaming multicolored soulstone" in the search-box. And it looks like there are three available right now:
250k from Kaldonis in River's Rest,
499k from Riverman also in River's Rest, and
500k from Ardwen in the Landing.
