Found out the greataxe has Ironwright flares:

SHOP BROWSE LANDING 139. Selling several items and in particular an 8x perfectly forged greataxe, with vch bandit bane. This is a special holy weapon. Once blessed, various spells may be cast at it to enable the allowed flares and those Ironwright flares are: plasma and disintegration..either have a paladin cast the consecration spell into the greataxe or if you can use and read scrolls invoke and cast disintegration into the greataxe yourself or have a magiker do it. It is blessable still without adding those flares.
