I was doing disarm reps with someone this evening. When my fully bonded sword was disarmed, it never returned and I could not recover it without going to the adventurer's guild and paying. I tried with a second weapon and it also could not be recovered (obviously that one was not bonded, but still lost immediately a not able to be searched for).

It seems like I can get them both back through the adventurer's guild, but I think there's something wrong with the janitor in the TV warrior's guild at the task master.
