Wouldn't it be nice if the Empath could EVOKE the spell for a swarm of harmful plants suddenly infesting the critters area? We have healing plants that take Empathic magic to create out of thin air. A bit more concentration using the same kind of energy as their attack warding spells and they can make the herbs harmful. The herbs may begin to devour the critters. The spell could be quite powerful and have a nice amount of variety of effects.
