If removing the telepathy lore requirement to affect undead is not an option could we boost the benefit of telepathy lore versus living targets?

100 telepathy lore is a pretty large investment to affect level 100 undead. Could living targets affected by this spell receive an AS bonus equal to telepathy lore ranks when attacking another creature? Or could a living target receive a DS and TD reduction when attacked only by the empath?
