When Relieve Burden is cast, it has the same effects except for when the Cleric is casting or using a weapon against an undead critter. In those instances, the RB spell will provide a -1 base RT reduction for casting and using a weapon. No additional RT reduction for lore, etc.

I feel this would be a very nice boost to Clerics, especially those like one of mine who uses a claid at 6 secs. against undead. That's not too terrible but a -1 would be nice, and a 2 sec RT for casting against undead would help a lot.
