What are the odds that if/when the spitfire returns that Toebeard would be available or willing to unlock the smart-weapon items he sold at the 2015 spitfire? I have a rhimar-runed gnarled orase crook that unfortunately isn't unlocked. Or is there another way to get this unlocked? It appears that Xerria may have retired unlocking these.
