Spitfire feather pouch. RUMMAGE is the only verb that works with this pouch but RUMMAGE only works if the pouch is held in hand, so making fletchings from the feathers inside looks like this: rem pouch, rummage pouch, wear pouch, get razor, cut feather, stow razor, stow fletching, rem pouch, repeat...

I assume these pouches were intended to be worn during use.

This wasn't a bug, but it looks like these items were released without regards for how the script works. So to accommodate the oversight, I've made a few changes to the way the script works.

* You can now RUMMAGE while holding or wearing the item.
* You can LOOK IN the item and, if there's only one item inside, you can see what's inside. Items with multiple types of items inside will still give the "surprise" messaging.
* You can INSPECT it to see where it's worn, if at all.
