3 years and some change later, I still enjoy running Reim in a group every night. This persistent option (that is included in my premium subscription) has been a big part of keeping me playing and engaged longterm.

It offers many of the perks I'm looking for: experience, loot, longterm grind currency for very solid chase prizes, socialization, baddie slaying.
