Not sure if this is the same as the event I participated in before where I got some custom spell-preps and had tea with an old lady who really really, liked cheese. . . but I'm looking forward to it.

Hoping more information soon? Just got a teaser mail indicating there'll be 2 runs with the first one on weekend of Feb 10th.

I'm super excited, as last time Summit Expression Fair came around, both runs happened on weekends/times I was away and this time I'm free on both advertised weekends.

Is there going to be a limited amount of tickets per run?

Nope -- it's only limited by how many characters you want to make absolutely perfect!
