How similar/alike is this 'new' item to the CMAN Fix Potions that the Adv. Guild has (https://gswiki.play.net/CMAN_Fix_Potion)?

Nice addition, I've bought quite a few fixsskill potions over the past two months since returning while I tweaked this or that, mostly it was bout cmans, armor and shields. So I appreciate the addition.
