Good morning,

Something went wrong with the notification process where the foraged item prop redemptions are concerned. I'm noticing that a half-dozen of the ones that were purchased didn't have a redemption email get to me.

I preemptively researched everyone that purchased one and sent an email out to their play.net address, but some of those bounced back to me.

If you purchased one of these and did not receive an email from me, could you please email my play.net so that I can get you the necessary information?

As of this moment, my numbers stand as follow:

Purchased: 25 Purchased: 10
Delivered: 14 Delivered: 8
Refunded: 1 Refunded: 0
Pending: 3 Pending: 1
In QC: 1 In QC: 1
Unredeemed: 5 Unredeemed: 0
Email Exchange: 1 Email Exchange: 1

Please remember that these expire on the 30th and I can't help you if you don't answer emails.
