I am not sure if there is everywhere at present, but certainly yes for the Landing and Ta'Vaalor. Both have them in the Masters Halls. The Landing's is really easy to get to, but you have to wander through a bunch of things to find the one in Ta'Vaalor. It is just north of a buffet table. I think Icemule has one, as well, but it has been a while on that for me.

Icemule and Teras are there, but hidden to a certain extent. If get into the Master's areas, you can interact with a globe even if you can't see it.

RR doesn't have one, but has a useless alternate method for favor checking (its "too many to count" message happens at so few spins that I don't think anyone has ever seen the other messages that Scribes swore were there).

There's supposed to be something on FWI but its just uninhabited ruins as far as I can see. Maybe its awaiting the release of those high level undead into the jungles before being fully opened.

Elsewhere I haven't looked, but I'd expect there to be a master's area with globe in the Lance.

I know there is a globe in FWI, but lost the info on where it is. Can't re-find it. it is WELL hidden.
I would love it to be more identifiable or less of an area secret<hint hint GMs>

Or perhaps the Masters Halls could all be accessible by Symbol of Seeking, too? Hmmm.

FWI FACT:

The monastery on FWI was originally designed by ALAE for River's Rest, but the then guru, Bradach, didn't feel it met what he imagined for the town. I came in and had the same feeling. It's a beautiful creation, but not appropriate for where the Rest's monastery is located (not in the jungle). I was pretty glad to see it find a home on FWI.

Good call there, it is really nice.
