Not sure if this has been answered before but would it be possible to add some kind of service to convert foot or hand worn items to be UAC gear? Or if not can you alter existing foot worn UAC gear to sandals?

I don 't know about all the things and their restrictions, but for the elemental flaring boots from DR, their analyze specifies:
