I also found a silver-hilted ora katana on a jarl in the bowels (what, They weren't dangerous enough already?). It is 2x, and had a minor enhancement on it; it adds +2 ranks to THW skill. It may well have something else, since I dodn't have a pocket bard for loresinging, but it didn't seem to add any other skills or increase any stats. Make an offer.
