Just like in the real world...

Just because something is 'officially' one way doesn't mean that everyone follows the official convention.

I usually just use bug or bugitem to address specific instances where I feel something may be incorrect. Usually it's typo or grammar error of some sort.

You'll also note that different systems use different names entirely for some towns / areas:
