I'm not sure if you are serious or just trolling.

Do you feel you can hurl an arrow at a target with sufficient force to do any real damage?

my half krolvin could throw a lance all the way to the endzone while kneeling. Throwing an arrow with enough force is no problem. I don't see how its any different then using arrow for twc

I think link below does a great job of articulating what I was struggling to put into words:

I just trying to make a point on how silly it is that you could use an arrow and bolt for twc but not a spear or javelin.

Wow, units like "feet per second" really makes me revisit my lunch...

Well, being an American physicist I'm pretty comfortable with a large range of units. Feet per second and miles per hour don't bother me too much. I can pretty comfortably use F and C degree systems (and K), centimeters, meters, inches, feet, pounds, kilograms, and so on.

Kinetic energy measured in "foot pounds" is definitely a mega ::facepalm:: though. This is mostly because in metric it's common to use use mass and not weight (so if you want to know how much someone "weighs" in the Imperial system you actually get weight in pounds, but in metric people just give you their mass in kilograms), and so I don't like slugs.

Who likes slugs? They are so slimy and gross!
