So my warrior in Shattered finally did it. He retrained to have 30 ranks of Minor Elemental, all because I've lusted after the +25 AS for a long time now and thought "how cool would it be to have a warrior with 425!"

Well, he has it, and AS didn't change a bit with thrown. What gives? I know AS is calculated differently for thrown, it doesn't rely on Strength, but 425 doesn't improve strength, it simply states that it improves base AS, and thrown does use AS. Thrown is already weak compared to other weapons, but to not be able to take advantage of 425? That just seems broken and unintended. I ask that you fix this please!

I suspect you are missing something else, because it definitely works for me.

And since someone commented about something in the thrown folder, how's that thrown review coming?

How can I be missing something? I cast the spell, it shows as being on me, but it doesn't make a bit of difference on my AS. The character is in Shattered by the way. I would appreciate it if a GM would take a look and let me know if something is broken.

A cobblestone road swings in a wide arc northeast and west. Many of the stones are missing, but for the most part the road is still level and easily traveled. A huge mound of mud rises just to the southwest and extends to the west as far as the eye can see. The area is eerily quiet, as if no life of any kind resides here. A few dead trees, now petrified, rise into the sky in bleak silhouette, but the earth has a scorched look to it, and the usual underbrush seems to have retreated. You also see a gleaming crystal-edged longsword, a charcoal grey shield, a spiral-hafted handaxe and a shimmering portal.

The cobblestone road wanders through a contorted landscape, both overgrown and nearly dead at the same time. Blackened, woody vines replete with long, jagged thorns and sickly grey leaves parallel the road as if examining it for potential victims. Here and there trees battle for survival among the choking underbrush, but the stunted appearance of the trees indicate that the battle is difficult. Several trees, merely large stumps now, indicate that the battle is often lost. You also see a twisted crystal-tipped staff and a twisted crystal-tipped staff.

The road slopes down to the southwest and rises toward the northeast. To the north a high wall, covered with a thick growth of green vegetation, cuts across the horizon.

Trees and brush thicken and grow with an increasingly vigorous appearance along the edges of the road to the north. To the south, the road is wider, the sicklier vegetation of the swampy lowlands apparently less able to compete with its cobbled surface. You also see a war griffin that is flying around and a twisted crystal-tipped staff.

You didn't post your before and after skills. You get 1/4 of your perception and CM ranks as AS with thrown. Did you drop 100 ranks of either of those?
