What effect does having a negative Logic bonus have on the experience absorption bonus introduced in 2007 (the on node Logic bonus/5 and off node Logic bonus/7 effects)? Will say a -15 Logic bonus give you -3 per tick on a node in town? Or is it just zero bonus in that case?

I assume it has other effects, like on the bucket bonus and such from the stat itself being low.
