The bandoliers (and they are awesome by the way, I should have gotten more of them) currently display as "a (bandolier description) over (armor description)". If I put on an Armor Concealer, will they show up as "a(bandolier description) over (armor concealer description)," or some other way?

Any item (bandoliers included) that is worn "over the front" will show up as "worn over" the very first chest-worn item, regardless as to whether that chest-worn item is armor, armor concealer, or just a shirt. This requires for layering to be flagged on for your character, and for your over the front item to appear immediately before the chest-worn item in your inventory.
