The shadow energy of the sorcerer takes over their form completely and melds them with shadow. They become an ethereal black mass in the shape of their former selves. Their features will be visible but through a mass of murky black and grey flames which obscure the vision and make it hard to pinpoint where they physically are precisely. The result is the sorcerer is able to access the dark centers of the mana pools and focus the power from the inside out to their targets and their allies. When casting any offensive spell, first the Sorcerer leaps into the body of the Target which makes an attempt to leach a spirit point (low odds, say 5% or under) and also attunes to them for targeting. This will lower slightly of the target but more importantly will boost the power of the offensive spell if successfully warded! A +104 of a channeled Disintegration will be given a multiplier for damage based on the skills of the Sorc which amplify the power of the 100th level spell. Sort of like a magic weighting instead of a crit weighting, it bolsters the results and considerably. This is also the case when casting defensive spells on targets so your 103 and 419 might give a bit more bonus for longer because of the 100th level spell being active when you cast on them.
