This is a big thank you to Vanah. Saidear lost his weapons before death, due to disarm. He was heartbroken, couldn't find them on any creatures when he got bac out there.

I assisted and Vanah helped get them back. She said it was no big deal but disarm is normal game mechanics and they could have been gone forever. I believe in giving praise when it is due, and it is due here.

I used to be the Tech Lead for the internal Disney IT Helpdesk and have been through Disney University for customer service and she went above and beyond my expectations. She would fit in well with Disney with her level of customer service. I am impressed because I have read so many bad things about the customer service in Gemstone but have never experienced it...still haven't.
