I just encountered something in the Sanctum for the first time recently as well. It seems that the deathsworn fanatics occasionally have something to say when they aren't... already dead. (see my tag line)

I also had my first actual death in the Sanctum! Huzzah! The delayed disease has been way more deadly as that has killed me about half a dozen times so far after I've left the Sanctum and and in the process of sorting through loot (and thus not paying attention to my health). Note: I finally enabled my prompt status to alert me to these types of potential deaths going forward.
