Truncation seems to be a bit off in this calculation. I'm not that sure, because only the resulting RT is given, but I'm seeing occasional results (like 5s from a feint which I think should be capped at 8/2=4s at the most) that I reckon are higher than they should be, and rather more that look too low, like 1s from manoevers like shield bash and sweep that I think should be capped at 2 or 3 (5/2) at the least.

Maybe something like where the RT is F(endroll),min A, max B; the F(endroll) bit is being handled properly but the min/max settings aren't?

Here's one from my last log. Full Bulwark. Masses of 1s dirtkick RTs too, but I'm not sure whether those would have been 2 or 3 without Bulwark and are working properly while I am sure this would have been 5s.
