Curious if there's any issues around the prop up shield maneuver and earthen fury.
I was furied by a stone giant this morning, I have 3 ranks in prop up and had my tower shield out, first cycle took my leg and I saw no prop up activation. There seems to be some ambiguity around prop up's activation chances that may be contributing to my query. The wiki reads that it's 33% per rank, so 3 ranks would be 99%. In game help reads 1/3 chance per rank, which implies a 100% chance at rank 3. I really don't want to test this since it usually results in me seeing a cleric shortly thereafter. Log below.
