an ornate rowan runestaff

Tis 1x/2x defender as best as I can tell.

Adds +9 to my Offensive DS as compared to a normal 1x runestaff under same conditions. Might be seeing the
slight variations from +9 to +10 etc from combat formulas or it might just be a +9 Defender.

Nice runestaff for someone starting out. Should be useable by anyone that can hold 1x weapon.
