I remember kilflin being a halfling druid-ranger, using spell aim and spells primarily.

I just did a test as I am learning spell aim. Not sure why 613 self control is not adding to spell aim as it adds to ranged. Rangers are already limited by having only assume aspect to boost dex, and only able to single train 101 ranks of spell aim skill. Seems the little boost 613 would give would have been a given for spell aim for 111 fire spirit and 118 web bolt for the druid rangers out there.

I know I know, not many druid rangers out there, but there could be more!
