Prices and terms will vary but as a general rule of thumb for standard enchanting projects (not fusion or enhancive):

4x-5x 2 million (about 30 days)
5x-6x 4 million (about 2 months)
6x-7x 6 million (about 3 months)

Expect to pay at least half up front.

Seeing as 5x items are sold off the shelf fairly often for a lot less.

I can't recall the last time a 5x item was sold off the shelf. Are you playing in Plat?

Weren't there quite a few at the recent merchant events? I could be wrong, but I thought limited or scaling valued 5x items were? Maybe I'm just remembering 10 years ago. Rolaren Backswords, etc.

I would be interested in taking a bow up to 5X
