I need to find someone to make me major fire wands or rods. I'm still too young to make them myself. I'm in Vaalor, but can travel to other towns.

If you're sure you can use them (check the MIU formula on Krakii), and you find the elf hovering about (perhaps on an SAE run), let him know. He'll be glad to help out.
