1604 - Able to Cast at Others Weapons Like Bless? 05/06/2018 07:59 AM CDT

Is it possible to allow 1604 to be cast on others players weapons while being held like 304 without the need to pass the weapon to the paladin?

As I gaze over the horizon, the wind tugs at my cloak and whispers, "Adventure" in my ear.

You've always been able to do this. I do it all the time from a scroll. Just needs to be in their right hand, just like blessing.
