Hey all, I'm back and want to get hunting again... where should one hunt at level 33? This is for exp and silvers both! Something that's doable with 5x shield 3-5x armor (depending on what I'll be wearing, see my post in another thread) 5x sword that's very well bonded (by the way, is there a way to find out the bonded level? Some where that can be done with only my spells... right now I have pali seplls up to level 30 (again, see my post about my training, this may change). Thanks gang! Oh, and do we have a guild YET!?

You didn't mention a specific town, but here is what I hunted in that age range around Wehnimer's. Please bare in mind that I was still a claidhmore-wielding cleric in plate armor in this age range, but you'll probably have similar luck as a paladin:

The Glacier - Arctic Titans, Frost Giants
Darkstone - Mein Golems, Kiramon
Broken Lands - Hooded Figures, Magru

You can generally make a pretty penny hunting Magru, but it's a pain to move around and you'll probably get a number of acid baths if you're not a dwarf/gnome/halfling. There's also the whole problem of searching them burning your hand. Carry lots of ambrominas leaf.

Darkstone requires some familiarity with making your way around, but it's a fun place. My second favorite after the Broken Lands.

Hunting the glacier won't likely yield much in the way of loot, but it's a cakewalk.

My paladin is in rivers rest right now in his early 30's and having quite a bit of fun. Hisskra , troll chieftens, warriors, and even some of the bog critters. All in that 30-35ish range.

RR still exists? How do you get there without the boot? That brings up another question... I heard Tsoran has hung up his cartography equipment.... true?

Yes it still exists, couple ways to get there. Can take a boat from solhaven, ask around down there how. Or can you use the chronomages that are in town. Will cost you a lot of silver though with that route.

As for Tsoran, yes hes not updating his original maps, though hes allowed others to do so if they wish. And some have recently. Rivers Rest being one of the areas updated.

GSGuide.net will eventually have maps, as well, but I don't think that project is completed yet.
