Friends,

I can currently swing a 7 second weapon in 5 seconds. When will I be able to swing a 8 second weapon in 5 seconds?

Dexterity (DEX):	76 (13)
Agility (AGI):	76 (13)

No, you will not be able to reduce by three seconds until your DEX/AGI bonuses add up to 38. 8/23/38/53
