Did you use any stat cruncher to check stat growth? Con looks a bit low; you could probably drop dex a bit and beef that up.

If you've read these boards you've probably seen the terms 1x, 2x, and 3x in regards to training something. Up until you hit level 100, being 1x is the same as your level +2 in a skill, for 2x double that, and 3x is obviously triple that.

I'd suggest you start with the basics for a paladin as far as skills go.
2x armor
2x shield
2x edged
1x cman
1x PF
1x spells
HP is kept exactly at your level, this is done because every rank up until then gives you three mana, any rank after only gives you one.
1x perception
1x climb/swim, just enough to get around where you want to

Any left over points feel free to spend where you want. I see that you have first aid and survival training, is that something you want to do or are they there because they were auto assigned? They can be nice skills to have but they aren't needed, so it is up to you to decide if they are worth having or not.

I like the five ranks of MoC that is a good start for now and you'll want to pick up more later, especially if you stick with being sword/board.

You have lore training but it looks a bit scattered. Most shoot for 25 ranks of religion lore to achieve the max possible chance of kneeling from 1615 and 1630 then leave them alone until later.

There are also quite a few people who push for armor early and stick all their extra points in it until they reach the 150 ranks needed to cast paladin spells at the minimum hinderance in fullplate. Other places that people put those points are into more combat maneuvers(to improve AS as well as points to spend on maneuvers) or more PF(You'll reach max health sooner, have more stamina, and PF is the primary skill in avoiding standard maneuver rolls, things such as boil earth, spike thorn, ro'tar burrows, nearly anything that doesn't show you a die roll.)

If none of the above interest you we can go more in depth on other ways to spend your training points but those are the basics.

By your race/profession I came up with these stats for capped growth: The first row of numbers is the starting stat and the second is what it would be at cap.
STR 39 - 100
CON 62 - 100
DEX 70 - 100
AGL 70 - 100
DIS 68 - 100
AUR 82 - 100
LOG 88 - 100
INT 49 - 77
WIS 62 - 100
INF 70 - 100

If you want to take points from anywhere to keep your STR stat at its current level I'd suggest continuing to take away from INT but that is up to you.

I would dump most lores early on -- other skills are more important. Heck, capped, my paladin only looks like this (in need of a fixstat potion, which I'm working on):

Name: Taeghan Narvallos Race: Elf Profession: Paladin (shown as: Knight of Dreams)
Gender: Male Age: 46 Expr: 8329293 Level: 100
Normal (Bonus) ... Enhanced (Bonus)
Strength (STR): 100 (25) ... 100 (25)
Constitution (CON): 98 (24) ... 108 (29)
Dexterity (DEX): 98 (29) ... 98 (29)
Agility (AGI): 96 (38) ... 96 (38)
Discipline (DIS): 90 (5) ... 90 (5)
Aura (AUR): 95 (27) ... 95 (27)
Logic (LOG): 88 (19) ... 88 (19)
Intuition (INT): 83 (16) ... 83 (16)
Wisdom (WIS): 100 (25) ... 100 (25)
Influence (INF): 85 (27) ... 85 (27)
Mana: 308 Silver: 0

Taeghan (at level 100), your current skill bonuses and ranks (including all modifiers) are:
Skill Name | Current Current
| Bonus Ranks
Armor Use..........................| 300 200
Shield Use.........................| 302 202

Multi Opponent Combat..............| 170 70
Physical Fitness...................| 205 105

Spiritual Lore - Blessings.........| 10 2
Spiritual Lore - Summoning.........| 70 15
Perception.........................| 120 30
Climbing...........................| 150 50
Swimming...........................| 150 50

Spell Lists
Minor Spiritual....................| 40

Current CMANS:
Skill name Mnemonic Ranks
Dirtkick dirtkick 2
Shield Bash sbash 5
Feint feint 4
Specialization I wspec1 5
Surge of Strength surge 5
Cunning Defense cdefense 5

The plan above shows about a million post-cap. I'm finishing up PF, then moving onto THW, then TWC for a katana/wakizashi look -- he'll keep the shield (which is a banshee tower shield) and pull out what various weapons based on the situational needs. Only then will he move to lores.

Paladin spells are to 40 because I'm in Plat, and some times I'm the only one around who can rez.
