There should not be, no. I use Windows 10 myself.

When you go to the website - do you select the Wizard FE? When you do select the Wizard FE and click on the GO PLAY button - do you see a file download? That file name is your charactername plus the extension SAL.

You should open that - in fact, if you click 'Always open files of this type', it will automatically run thereafter. But when you open it, it will start the Launcher, and subsequently, the Wizard FE.
