Recently returned to game,two weeks now, so I don't have any names highlighted yet. I did try your suggestion of global names but that also did not work. Should I uninstaller everything that has to do with Sims and start from scratch? Would like to meet in game if possible. When are you available.

I should be around later this evening. Best thing is just shoot me an email at my play.net address and let me know what times work for you. Evenings are usually better for me.

I did some snooping on my config. The file that stores the name highlights is <charname>.Nam (e.g. Faulkil.Nam). For my installation this is located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMU\WIZARD\Gemstone\" folder. Depending on your installation, possibly you don't have sufficient permissions to write to/update this file in your folder?
