Spell Concept: Update to Interference 03/06/2017 05:35 AM CST

When self-cast, the spell Interference removes the casting Roundtime for spirit based spells. For example, when Interference is running the use of Spirit Strike has no Roundtime when relating to a physical strike (but the casting RT remains in effect). This is the same for any Spiritual based spell including Bind, Fervant Reproach, etc. So the battle-cleric or warpath may invoke a Bind then
instantly swing rather than wait the 3 seconds. The idea would be for a non-stackable/refreshable 10 minute duration spell to 'Interfere' with the hard round time and benefit swingers.

For non-swingers, the benefit would be that while running, their spiritual based attack spells all will carry a very small chance to inhibit the next attack of any kind by the target. So for the next swing or offensive cast, the next maneuver there is implanted a one-time very small risk of not being able to perform the action-- something like the Empathic tug of a fanatical Sheru, etc.
