Dunno if anyone's noticed this, but with a guy on my befriend list, when I go to his table it says "Elmirai waves to you, inviting you to join her." Elmirai is a guy. Likewise, when he joins me, it calls me a dude. Looks like the mechanics are checking the gender of the wrong person when joining a table. Kindof embarrassing, maybe you should look into it?
