512 Fire Flare - Can We Get Rid Of It? 12/15/2016 09:12 AM CST

Any chance we can get rid of this fire flare/removal of 512 when casting fire on a target that's been hit with 512?

It's very counter productive and the flare itself is meh and overall serves no purpose but to be annoying.
