How does the relocation of the haste spell effect items already imbedded with the spell, and such scroll type items which indicate the spell 506?

Such items will now cast Celerity.

I recall, but can't find the relevant thread to check, that lores count at some fraction for scrolls and imbeds with the fraction depending on the users spheres. (1/2 if has the same sphere, 1/3 if not)

So for a haste imbed (elemental spell) a sorcerer (or bard or rogue) gets half value for their air lore in free stamina actions, while a cleric (or ranger, or monk) gets one-third?

Also some fraction of MIU counts as MjE ranks? (and AS similarly for scroll use?)

No idea on this case but the usual method is, if I recall correctly:

Minor Circle: Lores counted at parity

Major Circle: Lores counted at 1/2

Professional Circle: Lores counted at 1/3

As for duration, MIU or AS would substitute for the appropriate spell circle (regardless of which one) as 0.5 spell ranks.
