I have a couple Edwina lockpick tickets and havent been in game for 8 years cant remember where she is can anyone let me know please?

Edwina is in the Landing. Go to the locksmith's shop there (directly east a ways from Town Square Northeast), but up the stairs instead of going into the back room.
