After having used the raise command several hundred times my wings have yet to generate the feather that Krakiipedia mentions they can.

Is its 1x per day they have a chance to generate?

Or is it 1x per day the feather should generate on the raise command and it is not based on the spell triggering during the raise?

Or is it 1x per day on one of the 5 times you can raise them to cast a spell you have a chance to generate the feather?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Ah okay. So now the question is, is your attempt on the first stretch of the day or can you do it 1000 times and have a chance at one until it generates?

from what I noticed, anecdoctally there is a cool down between stretches... So you cannot constantly do it and get a feather, but trying every hour or so and I believe you can.

Of course other people claimed that it was only the first stretch of the day. I just happened to notice that was not the case, but maybe I am crazy.
