I didn't find nor read a general summary of the new plan with the reorganization and idea to do away with town gurus.

I heard maybe Alistair or someone had notes from Wyrom's presentation at SimuCon, though I misplaced the link. In any case, I expect there would be something in text officially.

Could you link me any posts, or am I awaiting it like everyone else?

I tried to take notes during the State of Elanthia, but the audio was so garbled I could barely make out they were speaking English.

... then when the GMs were done talking, it all cleared up... Technology, whatcha gonna do?

We'll definitely still be having OOC meetings for town discussions, at least in some form, but we're still sorting out the details as we transition. When we plan them out, they'll be calendared and announced on the forums!
