While there, you can utilize either the voice or text chat for support. While it may not always be monitored 24/7 (although, a lot of veterans have joined to help), we'll be doing our best to help explain mechanics, actions, towns, the best places to find documentation, and any other way we can support to any new player of the game.

Great video. I laughed when he tossed a gem in the air (around 6:25 in the video). That's about the size I've always pictured gems in my mind, even though I know they are intended to be much smaller.

When he looked at the East Tower, I saw a typo in the description that I've never noticed before. It should be "countryside" (one word), instead of "country side" (two words).
